I can’t thank Pear Tree Appliance Repair enough! My LG front load washer was making an unbearable loud noise. Scheduling was very easy and done over email. Justin, the tech, was awesome. He spent the time needed to find what was causing the issue, which turned out to a very unusual one. The first time, we both thought it was resolved. However, the noise came back, and Justin was back the same day they called back after I emailed them that issue was still present. He spent some more time troubleshooting with me and was able to find the exact problem. He had the part stocked in his van and got it fixed quickly. Pricing was very fair. I appreciated that they had the parts in stock. Customer service was excellent! I hope to not have any other issues with my appliances, but I will know who to contact!

We contacted Pear Tree because we were having issues with our Samsung washing machine. (Came with the house... I do not like Samsung appliances). The technician was on time and told my husband immediately what the problem was. He also told my husband it would be about $600 to fix and the parts would be on back order. Eh! What was so appreciated, out of this entire visit, is the fact the technician (knowing the price of parts and repair and backorder issue) is did not try to sell us anything or give us false hope. He ended up giving us a tip and some advice to try in the meantime rather than wait and replace for that amount of money. His tip worked and our washing machine is back to working!! It's this type of company that I would go to again and again. Not trying to upsell, scam, or be dishonest. Very very satisfied to say the least and 100% would use and recommend them.

Called Sears Appliance Repair the first time around to fix our Bosch washing machine. HUGE mistake. Sears misdiagnosed and installed a part it didn’t need. And three weeks later, I’m still trying to get a refund. Then I called PearTree Appliance Repair. Justin arrived on time, made a proper diagnosis, and fixed the washer on that same visit. Very honest, very polite, and very smart tech. And the price was very reasonable as well. I would absolutely recommend PearTree for your appliance repair.

How We Schedule
TIME
When you call, we will schedule a date with a two hour arrival window for when you can expect the technician to arrive.
DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT
We call ahead and send a text message when the technician is on their way to your home.
YOUR APPLIANCE’S AGE
If your unit is under (1) year of age, you will need to reach out directly to the brand of your appliance. Their customer service will issue a dispatch number authorizing us to repair the product. We need this to be able to bill the appropriate party for services.
If your unit is over (1) year of age, and has an extended warranty, you must contact the extended warranty company first prior to setting up a service appointment with us. The phone number you need to call can be found on your extended warranty certificate. If you are unable to locate that, please contact the dealer in which you purchased the unit from, and they should be able to provide the appropriate information on your extended warranty.
