    This appliance repair company is unlike anything you’ll find elsewhere. There’s nothing more frustrating than having a very young technician arrive and then spend half the visit calling someone else for help troubleshooting. Unfortunately, that happens too often with most repair companies. But Pear Tree is a completely different experience. When our dishwasher started acting up, two technicians came by, and it was immediately clear that they had years of experience and knowledge. They diagnosed the issue right away, and I had full confidence they’d be able to fix it. Listening to them evaluate the dishwasher felt like sitting in on a master class in appliance repair. They’re prompt, knowledgeable, kind, and fairly priced. My only regret is not finding them sooner. Highly recommend!

    This is the second time we have worked with Ken and as expected, Ken and the service he provides is excellent. Ken diagnosed the issue we were having with our washing machine, explained what he would be doing to fix it, and gave me an estimate of the cost before proceeding. After my approval, Ken focused on completing the repair in a timely manner. His friendly and professional manner is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Ken and Pear Tree Appliance.
